Porch & Garden Rental
$150/hour or $600 for min of four hours
Enjoy the graceful charm of The Grove's wraparound porch overlooking the pond and gardens.
Ideal for intimate gatherings such as bridal or baby showers, birthdays, or luncheons. Includes use of the farmhouse-style kitchen, porch, and surrounding gardens.
Barn & Grounds
8-hour rental (10 AM - 6 PM)
Experience the joy of your wedding day surrounded by nature's beauty. The Barn and its surrounding meadows create a timeless, graceful setting for ceremonies and receptions.
Includes full use of the barn and outdoor grounds for up to eight hours.
Full Weekend Experience
$10,000 - Friday 4 PM through Sunday 11 AM
Immerse yourself in the full Banks Grove experience. For an entire weekend, the property is yours to enjoy - including the Barn, gardens, pond, bridal suite, media lounge, two charming bedrooms, and both kitchens. Perfect for destination weddings or multi-day celebrations.
